Township Office Closure: Monday August 4, 2025
The Township of Tarbutt Office will be closed for the Civic Holiday on Monday, August 4, 2025. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Payments can still be made in the drop-box at the Township Office located at 27 Barr Road South, Desbarats, ON.
Aug 1, 2025 – Fire Ban in Effect in Johnson – No wood or brush will be accepted until the Fire Ban in Johnson is lifted
Due to a fire ban issued effectively immediately (August 1st, 2025) in the Township of Johnson, the Joint Landfill will not be accepting wood and brush products until the fire ban is lifted.
