North Shore Slo-Pitch is a house league youth softball program for JK-Grade 12 (Ages 4 -18) organized and hosted by four Municipalities: the Township of MacDonald, Meredith & Aberdeen Additional, The Township of St. Joseph, Johnson Township, and the Town of Thessalon. North Shore Soccer Association is a house league youth soccer program for JK-Grade 12 (Ages 4 -18) organized and hosted by three Municipalities: the Township of MacDonald, Meredith & Aberdeen Additional, The Township of St. Joseph, and Johnson Township. The Johnson Tarbutt Landfill Share Shed is currently seeking volunteers to work occasional shifts, Wednesdays and/or Saturdays, year round.
