The Desbarats to Echo Bay Planning Board has made an amendment for when the Public can directly contact Planning Board staff for inquiries. This adjustment is being implemented to allow staff to dedicate additional time to application processing, file review, and administrative responsibilities while continuing to accommodate in-person and telephone inquiries. The new public inquiry hours will be as follows:Tuesdays: 9am to 1pmThursdays: 12 pm to 4 pm Outside of these hours, members of the public and municipal staff are encouraged to contact the Planning Board by email admin@tarbutt.ca.Applicants are encouraged to visit the Planning Board webpage – https://tarbutt.ca/planning-board/ prior to contacting Planning Board Staff.
Please note the Johnson Tarbutt Landfill Winter hours are now in effect. Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Wednesday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
