Nominations open Friday, May 1, 2026. Nominations may be filed during regular office hours of 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, until 2:00 on Friday, August 21, 2026.
The nomination fee to be paid at the time of filing is:
$100 for a member of council and
$200 for Head of Council (Mayor).
The nomination fee may only be paid in cash or certified cheque.
Election Day is Monday, October 26, 2026 and voting will take place at the MacLennan Hall, 762 MacLennan Road.
One Advance Vote will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the Township Office, 27 Barr Road South, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
